When would I receive my garments?
Your purchases are important to us, so after hand making your item, they are quality checked to ensure it's of a high standard. The garments are hand made in Lagos, Nigeria and shipped to our UK Shipping Centre. All items are then dispatched to customers two weeks from the collection release date from the UK Shipping Centre to our global customers.
Below are the timing estimations from dispatch:
UK: 1-2 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest of the World (including USA): 5-7 working days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping will be calculated at the checkout, based on the total weight and the shipping location. All items are shipped via Tracked Shipping and you'll be notified of where your package is at all times via your individual tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns - We don't accept returns and we don't make refunds.
Exchanges - We accept exchanges for items that are not the right fit. If you want a different size, you can exchange, but it has to be the same fabric. Our products are handmade on a per order basis, specifically, for you the customer. As they are made in Lagos, Nigeria, the journey it takes to be delivered to you requires a lot of effort, including quality checking, shipping from Nigeria to the UK Shipping Centre and then to you around the world.
We are very happy to exchange your product, please email us at info@mojokojo.com when you decide to return and we'll share our return address right away.
- Exchange eligibility is a maximum of 7 days after you received your item. After 7 days, we cannot accept any exchanges.
- We will not refund any packages that have been lost in the post. To maximise us receiving your garment, please ship to us with tracked/recorded delivery.
